Tom’s role is a consulting supervisor. Tom is involved in the sales and business development aspects of the company. This allows him to personally ensure that attention to detail and quality are the driving forces of building a new home. Tom also plays an important role with management of subcontractors and vendors for the company.

Cindy's role is to bring her years of experience in home design elements to fruition in our custom selection efforts. She has a vision for each of our market ready homes and her talents can easily be spotted by visiting one of them. Cindy is always willing to share her ideas with our custom clients!

Kyle's role as a general contractor is to oversee and assist clients from the initial planning and design phase, through construction to closing, and move-in. Kyle works hand in hand with clients to deliver their vision of the home. He is in constant communication with subcontractors, scheduling and overseeing the entire project. Kyle’s background in construction allows him to supervise and ensure the safety and compliance of each job site. Kyle will be the main contact on the job sites, and for clients!

Jennifer’s role is to serve as our business office manager. She is responsible for all accounts payable and receivables. In doing this, she ensures that all invoices are promptly paid and tracks those costs on a job by job basis. This makes for easy job cost tracking and simple accountability. Jennifer also manages the insurance needs for our subcontractors, our company and most importantly our clients. Jennifer works closely with clients through the entire design process, alerting clients where to make selections, and keeping them apprised of their job tracking cost. Along with construction, Jennifer handles the rental properties owned by TCW Rentals from management to leasing.
